Greater Auckland

Four local areas.
One coordinated starting point.

Auckland City and CBD, North Shore, West Auckland / Waitākere, and South & East Auckland / Manukau. Project suitability and site access are confirmed individually.

01 / Auckland City & CBD

Make the space you have work harder.

Planning for a villa, townhouse or apartment begins with the property itself. For apartments, ask about body corporate requirements, shared services, work hours and delivery access before settling the scope.

Example enquiry areas: CBD, Mount Albert, Mount Eden, Grey Lynn and surrounding central suburbs. These are coverage areas, not branch locations.

02 / North Shore

Connect family life, inside and out.

When an extension, kitchen upgrade and deck are part of one idea, ask which decisions need coordinating. Access, drainage and the existing structure can influence what can be staged.

Example enquiry areas: Takapuna, Glenfield, Birkenhead and Albany. Site-specific assessment is required.

03 / West Auckland / Waitākere

Start with the essentials.

For an indoor upgrade alongside retaining, outdoor or access work, describe both parts early. Ask the team to identify dependencies before deciding that one element can wait.

Example enquiry areas: Henderson, Te Atatū, New Lynn and Massey. Scope and travel are confirmed with the team.

04 / South & East / Manukau

Adapt your home as life changes.

For growing or multigenerational households, start with how rooms will be used. Changes to bathrooms, layouts or additional space need a coordinated scope, rather than assumptions about consent or permitted use.

Example enquiry areas: Manukau, Papatoetoe, Howick and Pakuranga. Feasibility depends on the property and proposed work.
