Your roadmap choices
Your project, area, planning budget and timing choices remain in page memory until you choose to continue to the enquiry form. Reloading clears them. With your permission, the brief is included in the form link so you can review it before submitting; this link may appear in your browser history and service access logs. Do not include financial documents or sensitive personal information in the brief.
Enquiries and phone consultations
Our forms and calendar are provided through OmnAxis AI using GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. They collect the contact details and project information you provide to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. Submissions are stored in the RenoPossible CRM and emailed to builder@bestcarebuild.com. Booking requests require confirmation by Godfrey; selecting a time is not a building contract or funding approval.
Service providers and storage
Website hosting, CRM, calendar and email providers process information to deliver these services and may process it outside New Zealand. Their access and security logs can include technical information such as IP address and browser details. The website does not load the external form or calendar until you follow its link. We do not ask for financial documents here.
Your choices
Submitting a project enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not automatically refer your information to Jackson or another adviser. Any referral requires a separate conversation and your agreement. You can contact Jackson directly using his own contact channels; his privacy and advice disclosures apply there.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact Godfrey to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry information. We will explain any information that needs to be retained for legal or business record requirements. Please contact us if you have a privacy concern.
Funding and project assessments
The roadmap is general planning guidance. It does not recommend a loan, assess eligibility, estimate borrowing capacity or promise approval. A builder assesses the project and an adviser and lender separately assess any funding application.
